Collectively, Coach Robb and his team of trainers have developed a complete training program integrating performance, nutrition, functional strength, flexibility and mental development to maximize your training efforts by Training Smart, Not Hard & Avoid Overtraining!
Your sport specific training program will have you working at specific intensities and duration’s to avoid becoming over trained or overwhelmed with too much volume and/or intensities and allow you the balance in your life to enjoy your improved fitness as well as your friends and family!
EXPERT LEVEL PROGRAM
Coach Robb’s Expert Program: $300 per month (NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS)
Note: $300 fee is charged the first day of each month on a credit card and requires a 60 day written notice of cancellation. A one-time $200 administration set-up fee will be charged on the first month.

- Assessment protocols to identify sport specific physical and mental limiters
- Personalized heart rate spreadsheet with the five zones specific to optimize your training and racing efforts
- Personalized nutrition program to build muscle and burn fat resulting in improved strength, speed and endurance
- Customized hydration strategy for optimum health, wellness and performance
- Customized running-specific workouts specific to your race distance, characteristics and identified performance limiters sent to you every Friday to your email
- Customized running-specific evaluation tools to avoid over-training symptoms and negative performance and race results
- Customized functional strength training program to improve your strength, speed and muscular endurance
- Customized soft tissue, trigger point & flexibility protocols to improve your range of motion resulting in enhanced power and endurance while minimizing your risk of injuries
- Mental development program – tools and resources to help you face and address the mental barriers that keep you from achieving your true potential
- One (1) phone calls on a specific date and time for 30 minutes with Coach Robb to discuss the various principles of physiology and nutrition as it relates to enhanced speed and endurance along with answering any of your questions about your weekly program
